During Your VIP Day
First, you’ll receive an intake where I’ll gather the needed accounts, info about your vision, and relevant assets I’ll be needing (i.e. new logo, text or photos). Once done, I’ll review all this prior to the strategy call.
On this 90 min strategy call we’ll go over your website strategy and relevant assets and together identify what may need attention.
We’ll pick a website design you feel fits best with your brand, and ensures you’ll be happy with the outcome.
Here’s where I roll up my sleeves and get to work. Yep, you get my full UNDIVIDED attention for 2 days.
Every VIP is unique and work will be prioritized around your top goals in order to complete & launch your new website by end of the Sprint.
We’ll stay in touch over Slack, as I may need your quick input for feedback or questions that may arise.
Nearing the end of the VIP, we’ll review things together, I’ll make any needed final tweaks and get your final sign-off. I’ll answer any questions, discuss any additional work that may be desired.
With your approval, I’ll proceed to launch your new website and make it live!
Our on-going website management service means you can rely on us as your “tech department”, so you don’t have to worry about keeping your website up-to-date, backed up daily and secure yourself. When you book your VIP you’re booking a sprint session which is bound to specific amount of time. I will do my best to complete your new website so you have a completed website, ready to launch live post VIP. I guarantee, all phone distractions are turned off and email inboxes closed during your VIP!
Your availability will be required during for the entire day (9am – 4pm PDT) for quick questions or calls. But not to worry, you won’t need to sit on Zoom and watch me work all day.
If you want more revisions, additional design time, pages or any additional work completed beyond the initial VIP or timeframe, you may add-on VIP sessions. Based on the scope or work requested, I can provide you with my recommendation for a half or full day VIP.
I understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule an already booked VIP for whatever reason, I can do so and waive the $400 rescheduling fee the one time.
