Gather

First, you’ll receive the intake where I’ll gather the needed accounts, info about your vision, and relevant assets I’ll be needing (i.e. new logo, text or photos). Once done, I’ll review all this prior to the strategy call.

Plan

On this 60 min strategy call and we’ll go over your website strategy and relevant assets and together identify what may need attention.

We’ll pick a website design you feel fits best with your brand, and ensures you’ll be happy with the outcome.

Buid

Here’s where I roll up my sleeves and get to work. Yep, you get my full UNDIVIDED attention for the day.

Every VIP Day is unique and work will be prioritized around your top goals in order to achieve the best results possible by end of day.

We’ll stay in touch over Slack, as I may need your quick input for feedback or questions that may arise.

Launch

Nearing the end of your day, we’ll review things together, I’ll make any needed final tweaks and get your final sign-off. I’ll answer any questions, discuss any additional work that may be desired.

With your approval, I’ll proceed to launch your new website and make it live before sunrise!

When you book your VIP Day you’re booking my time (7hrs), not a specific set of deliverables. I will work my best to complete as much as I can during your day. I guarantee, all phone distractions are turned off and email inboxes closed!

Your availability will be required during for the entire day (9am – 4pm PST) for quick questions or calls. But not to worry, you won’t need to sit on Zoom and watch me work all day.

If you want more edits done on your website, additional pages or work, or have special website feature requests (beyond that basics in this offer), you may book additional time with me. Based on the scope I can recommend a half or full day VIP.

I understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule an already booked VIP Day for whatever reason, I can do so and waive the $400 rescheduling fee the one time.

A VIP Day is right for you if...

You have a clear vision or idea of what you need and want changed on your website.
You already have all assets ready to hand over that we'll be needing to do the work (e.g. new log file, text, photos, etc).
You're ready to create and prioritize your wishlist of items you want me to tackle.
You are open to receiving my advice and guidance.
You're able to make yourself available during the VIP Day (9am - 4pm PST) to collaborate, quickly answer questions or provide missing assets.

This may NOT be right for you if..

You're still unsure about the direction of your business or brand, or your offers (a.k.a. services) and are still in the brainstorming or decision stage.
You tend to be indecisive and may need to consult others before making decisions.
You require highly custom design work or advanced functionality on your website.
You're extremely busy and tend to reschedule meetings due to unforseen events that often come up and require your urgent attention.

What if we don't get everything done in a day?

Most of the time I can complete the work we determined together as priority during your VIP day.

If I encounter a problem on a specific task that is unsolvable in the moment, or too time consuming, I’ll note these and move on to the next as to not waste any time, and return to these later or address them with during our wrap-up call.

However, if items still remain, or new ones come up, we can discuss needed timeframe and you can book additional half or full days at a discount (for returning clients only).

What's involved with the intake and how much time will it take?

The intake is meant for us to save time by gathering your vision, needs and list of items you’d like to change on your website, as well as collecting any new assets you want to share so we have everything to hit the ground running. I’ll be reviewing these before your VIP day to ensure we’re ready to hit the ground running the day of. I will need this completed at least 1 week prior to your VIP day to ensure if you still need to clarify or get me anything by the date, you’ll have ample time to do so.

If you require more time, I can reschedule your VIP day once at no extra charge, but subsequent rescheduling or cancelation will incur a fee of $400 USD.

Do you only support WordPress websites?

Yes, I’m a WordPress expert and only support and work on this platform. I’m also a Beaver Builder & Elementor Pro expert.

Can you create custom graphics or a new logo for me?

I have access to vast stock photos, graphics and icons libraries so yes I may scour these as needed if you want to change particular graphics on your website. Although highly custom illustrations or icons are out of scope for a VIP day.

Design updates or new graphics may include:

hero image (a.k.a. page banner) using your new photos or stock images.
icons
product or service image/banner
email opt-in graphic or mockup
basic logo or update to existing one: I can give your current logo a quick update (e.g. using a new font) or create a very basic signature logo with colors that match your existing brand.

What if I need a new page?

Unless your website is using Elementor or Beaver Builder, I will not be able to design new pages for you given I specialize only in these two page builders. The last thing I’d want is to waste your VIP time figuring out or fussing with a page builder I’m not familiar with.

Can you upgrade my website to use Elementor or Beaver Builder?

Sure! But keep in mind that if you have several pages on your website, most likely the 1-Day VIP will not be enough to rebuild every single page, and additional days will need to be added on (I provide a discount for clients). If you’d like an estimate, please contact me here to get a rough estimate.

Can you integrate email marketing app and connect to my list?

Can I choose what type of optins I want on my site?

Can you set up email opt-ins and popups?

It depends. Each website I encounter is built differently and has different tools integrated. If you’re using Elementor Pro, I can set this up for you no problem and integrate the form with your email marketing app and list. I will need to evaluate what you’re using to see what’s possible. Often your email marketing platform may already provide this feature, and I can integrate the code to make this work on your website. I can discuss your options once I look “under the hood” of your website.

Can you make my website look good on mobile or tablets?

Yep! If I create/change any page design, I always make sure these will look good on a mobile device. Please note, if I’m working on a page builder that is NOT Beaver Builder or Elementor, there may be limitations to what I can do here given my limited knowledge of your particular page builder. If this is the case, I can have my developer make the appropriate adjustments post VIP day.

Can you improve my SEO?

The short answer is no. Pro SEO is an art in itself, and is a bit of a can of worms. If notice any issues with your on-page SEO or indexing, I will make sure to mention it and we can add that to your VIP day wishlist.

Can you host my website or provide on-going maintenance?

Yes! I can provide peace of mind with our our Hosting & Aftercare package so you can rest easy knowing your site is safe, backed up and kept updated. Just let me know during the intake and we can make that happen for you – no prob!
